
Recruitment Staff - Jakarta
Responsibilities
- Handling recruitment activities starting from sourcing, advertising, interviewing, scheduling, and related administrative tasks.
- Supporting recruitment projects such as campus hiring, talent mapping, and recruitment database management.
- Other HR related tasks and projects
- Bachelor's Degree with minimum GPA of 3.0
- 1-2 years of working experience in recruitment.
- Proficient in English
- Excellent computer skills.
- Good communication skills.
- Proactive and able to handle pressure and tight deadlines with can-do attitude.
Responsibilities
- Checking & filing sales deduction contract.
- Follow up pending settlement sales deduction to sales division.
- Upload condition sales deduction spot program in SAP.
- Check Payment status in SAP.
- Setlement rebate, sales deduction, sales allowance, price protection
- Special projects from management
- English and Computer literate.
- Possess at least a Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance.
- At least 2 years of relevant working experience
- Familiar with SAP
- Experience in sales/tradingcompany will be an advantage.
- Able to work independently under minimum supervision and/or in a team.
- Able to work under pressure and tight deadlines.
Responsibilities:
- Samsung products studied (Audio Visual / Mobile Phone) in depth from a technical point
- Provide training on technical improvement of products
- Studying the defective spare part (defective) for improvement of product quality
- Analysis of the products in the market from a technical point
- Minimal graduated from SMK majoring in Electronic
- Experienced in their fields at least 3 years
- Have an interest for Audio Visual or Mobile Phone
- Ability to communicate (verbal / written) in English
- Adept at using Windows and MS Office
- Able to work under pressure and tight deadlines
Responsibilities:
- Review company internal control system
- Execute audit objectives as designed on audit program efficiently and effectively.
- Conduct audit implementation (operational audit)
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance/Accounting
- Experienced in audit practice related field, especially operational / compliance audit (as opposed to financial statement audit)
- Preferably has experience in sales/trading/manufacturing/electronics industries.
- Minimum 3 year auditing experience
- Good in both written and spoken English
- Familiar with SAP would be an advantage
- Willing to travel
- Age : 25-35 years old
